That is a lovely pudding in the works - the whisk is a great tool, adding a bit of air and smoothing out any and all lumps. It seems that the time is being taken to create a desert masterpiece!

I love tapioca pudding, Kathe. Mom (she'd have been 101 yesterday) used to make it for us a lot. Mrs. Jim has never made it nor have I had any anyplace else since I left home 61 years ago.
