I remember seeing your photograph of different coloured carrots before and loving them. The success with this years potatoes has given me confidence to grow crops underground ... I'll give carrots a shot next year!
Jane- that's right! I did post some multi-colored carrots from the Lake Oswego Farmers Market last year. I tried growing carrots oonce and it was a dismal harvest- next time I'll prepare the soil correctly as they need sandy soil and my soil had a lot of clay.
