yes they do look flatter than the ones i made! maybe i used a smaller scoop of dough and you used a larger one ?? hmmmm.... but did they taste good? :)
I have been in search for a persimmon cookie recipe. My ex mother law who has since passed had an awesome recipe. I thought my daughters had it. But none seem to know where their copy is. Im sure they were yummy! Beth
