I mentioned in yesterdays blog that once we are

finished with our remodeling and adding onto our new home

that we would not know what to do with ourselves...

well perhaps we can go to Zihuatanejo and supervise

the rebuilding of palapas? Hmmm-sounds like a good plan to me!

Raise the Roof Carpenters!

Today our trusses arrived!

The crane operator was amazing! 

He operated the crane with incredible finesse

and skill. He made it look so easy!

and our roof will begin to take shape!

 We are having our addition construction started tomorrow
 and the workers will need this!

The beginning of a fascinating project

The Sellwood Bridge has been pretty shaky
for quite awhile (over 10 years) but the powers that be are
finally beginning the process of replacing it.
