I hope they get that unsightly mess put back together before your warm season is over! In 2006 they did that to the little beach near my house for storm dainage- n it took almost year to complete! Construction- contractor crews are not dependable...
Pictures like this are interesting because of their context - once the water is returned, it would be hard to imagine it looking this way. I'm reminded of those old photographs of dirt roads and fields where now there are concrete highways and shopping centers.

I have a friend who used to live in Lake Oswego. Funny! We visited there when we took a road trip across the country a few years ago.
