Lucy Waiting for a Mouse

Lucy has taken to placing herself on top

of my lap top- she even turns it on so

that it will warm up for her! Russell says

she's just waiting for a mouse to show up....

Hahahahah!

and speaking of mice- yesterday I was in the mood to cook

up a storm- and found myself at the laptop trying to use

a head of garlic as a mouse....hmm too much multi-tasking here!

Lucy

Lucy loves to soak up the warmth from our

gas fireplace before falling asleep in a heat coma.

For years we had a wood eating insert and last

year Russell installed this great fireplace. We

can turn off the furnace and this will heat

up the whole house! And what's best is that

our gas bill went down a bit!

Ever Curious Lucy

Our newly arrived stray cat's first visit

to the veterinarian's office. Lucy was far more

interested in what was going on outside.

We found out that she is about a year old and

is at least part Korat.The Korat is an ancient

shorthaired breed named after a province of Thailand.

Read below for more info on Korat's. She has all the

personality and traits described. Lucy is a lot of fun!
