The creative act lasts but a brief moment, a lightning instant of give-and-take, just long enough for you to level the camera and to trap the fleeting prey in your little box.

With 4 kids my Mother had to rotate who got the wish bone each time we had roast chicken - we loved pulling it with my father Because we always won then! Who would have thought such a simple photo would bring back so many memories!
Ok! I really wish my ear would stop hurting! :-) This photo and 6WS brought a smile and fond memories of growing up as a child, eagerly hoping to be the one to take possession of the wishbone and end up with the bigger piece. I find myself wondering what kinds of things I wished for back then, I wish I could remember! :-))
Eric- I was over at a friends house the other day and they collect wishbones!!! You can see even more here: http://katheworsley.blogspot.com/2011/03/mothers-yoga.html
