The creative act lasts but a brief moment, a lightning instant of give-and-take, just long enough for you to level the camera and to trap the fleeting prey in your little box.

Photo #135

Tulips from Mother's Day

My sons sent me these tulips for Mother's Day.

They are just about done-but I love the way

tulips slowly grow longer in their decline.

It's hard to just toss them.

I'm reading this weeks late.

It's a beautiful photo. I'm also happy that your sons honored you.
