The creative act lasts but a brief moment, a lightning instant of give-and-take, just long enough for you to level the camera and to trap the fleeting prey in your little box.

Photo #276 277 and 278 2012

We are going off line for a few days-
hence three photos now
and more in a few days.
~~~~~~~
While in Etna the other day
I spotted this fence with unusally colored knotholes.
Since I couldn't look through them to see what was
behind the fence- I held my camera over the fence....
I took a photo in one direction...
and then the other direction.....
All I saw was bits and pieces of old cars...
Backyard wealth.
Were the fence filled naturally or did someone put wood filler in them? Love your investigative technique, that's how I take pictures when I'm in the rear at a parade. Surprises me everytime they turn out so well.
Interesting wood knots! I haven't used your investigative technique yet, but it's definitely one that I'll keep in mind. :-)
