Moving right along to another project!

The interior of our new addition is freshly

painted in our favorite yellow...

Now onto the next project in the boxes.

Hardwood flooring!

Our garage is also freshly painted!

Much nicer and fresher look.

The trim is the color of the house

and the house has a green as the trim color.

The stairs lead up to our guest apartment.

Another DIY task

Putting up sheetrock would not be as easy for Russell

and Edward without this engineering gizmo.

Going up one more time............

Remember the Photo #269?
We had just begun to remodel our upstairs bathroom.
Well- finally it's completed and here's the finished project!
Much prettier and more functional than before!
In the almost 22 years we have lived here this
was the last room to be worked on.
And so now we will put it on the market
as we want to downsize.

Remodeling bathrooms....

Wonderful once done-but a messy path to completion.

At least we are able to do most of it ourselves!

The best part is we now have new flooring-

this is where we needed an expert-and now the

gorgeous carefree Marmoleum has been installed!
