
"This little guy flew into a window while being chased by another Anna's hummingbird. He was stunned. and I was worried that his wing was broken, as it was askew when I picked it up. But after about five minutes of holding it, he recovered and zoomed away when a rival hummingbird went on the attack again."

That's something you sure don't see often. A type of Hummingbird I'm not familiar with.
Fab photos. I once held a little sparrow after it had been stunned by a golf ball - I thought the little thing would die but sure wnough about 5 minutes later it flew off seemingly none the wrost for its experience.
